Many people stress the importance of owning a gun to protect their families - but how many of these people would be prepared to use their gun if an emergency situation arose?

There are many factors that come with owning a gun, and it's important to have a plan to use it safely during a home invasion, or other threatening circumstances. The gun owner should be educated about how the gun works, how to keep it safely secured when not being used, and educate other household members about gun safety.
