Michael Vick will not be back with the Philadelphia Eagles according to a CBSSports.com report.

Vick, who had been the Eagles starter since 2009 was frequently injured during this past season and Foles came off the bench to help turn the Eagles season around to win the NFC East. Vick has been a controversial figure for the Eagles who signed him after he completed a jail sentence for illegal dog fighting which drew the ire of many animal-friendly fans who refused to support the team.

The 34-year-old could be staying the in the area as former Eagles offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg is now with the Jets.  The Oakland Raiders are also interested in Vick according to the report.
