The weekend turned out better than expected for Saturday, but remember, I was very concerned about a low-confidence forecast.

Sunday worked out reasonably well.  I said partly cloudy with maybe a south coastal shower, and there were a couple of sprinkles late in the afternoon or early last evening in far Southern New Jersey.

High temperatures Sunday, by the way, did not get out of the 70s; 78 in Atlantic City, 73 in Trenton.  So, it was noticeably cooler.  It should be in the low to middle 80s - 83 or 84, so we were way below that yesterday.

Temperatures today will probably not be out of the 70s again with clouds and some sun.  There's the risk of a shower in a few spots, but not many.

After this evening, we look for some partly cloudy skies overnight with temperatures falling into the 60s, with even a few 50s possible north and west.

We look for some sunshine and some clouds for Tuesday, perhaps in the lower and middle 80s, but cooler near the ocean.  It should be rain-free tomorrow, for the most part, although there may be a shower in a few spots.

Wednesday looks good from here.
