Unusual candidate running for prosecutor
One thing that frequently gets mentioned when we talk about NJ politics, is how do we get fresh faces in office instead of keeping up the tradition of voting all the same politicians back into office. Apparently, we've been looking in the wrong place for those fresh faces.
In Washington, a long time prosecutor is running unopposed and local residents got sick of it, so one resident decided to do something about it. They nominated their dog. Like the late Johnny Carson used to say, "it can't hurt?"
