Two men who were stuck in a construction bucket lodged against a church steeple have been rescued.

Television news footage showed the men being taken down in a metal cage and slowly lowered to the ground.

The men were working at the United Methodist Church in Morristown when their construction bucket became disabled around 2 p.m., preventing them from descending.

Fire department ladders weren't tall enough to reach them.
