A jury convicted Nelson Otero and Maxcime Cagan on all 15 counts stemming from the 2010 robbery spree.

The 48-year-old Otero, of Fort Lee, and the 47-year-old Cagan, of Floral Park, N.Y., face maximum sentences of life in prison for using firearms in the commission of the robberies.

Prosecutors presented evidence to show that the two men robbed convenience stores, gas stations and liquor stores in Bergen, Burlington, Mercer, Middlesex, Passaic and Union counties. During a robbery in Wayne in May 2010, Police Officer Brian Worell was shot in the head but survived. He testified at the trial.

Sentencing is scheduled for July 24.
