WHY WE LOVE TURTLE BACK ZOO

Turtle Back Zoo in West Orange, NJ is a fun and exciting place to bring your kids. With over 10 different exhibits, Turtle Back Zoo is devoted to helping young kids understand the importance of conserving wildlife throughout New Jersey. This zoo isn't all about teaching. Turtle Back Zoo wants to make sure everyone is having a good time. There is a face painter and glitter artist available to the kids every weekend through October.

Every Wednesday night for the whole summer is family night. The zoo has extended hours to ensure that you and your kids have the best time possible.

Can't make it to the zoo on a Wednesday night? That is okay because there are special event going on all summer long that the kids will love. Multiple times a month, Turtle Back Zoo offers "Night Moves". You and your kids get to tour the zoo after hours and get a full look at what the animals do at night. Your kids will be amazed at all of these wild life species and will be begging you to bring them back.

Turtle Back Zoo exhibits tons of wild life including: Kangaroos, parakeets, penguins, and red pandas. This is a trip to the zoo your kids will never forget.

HOURS, PRICES, LOCATION

Turtle Back Zoo is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and 11:00 a.m to 5:30 p.m on Sundays. Every Wednesday this summer the zoo will remain open from 5:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m.

The rates for adults are $10, $7 for children and seniors, and kids under 2 are free. All admissions for Wednesday night is only $6. See a map of the Turtle Back Zoo.
