When I started doing the 22 push-ups a day for 22 days, I had invited you to join me and if you did, I offered to mention your name and tell your story on air. Wednesday night, Dani Cherchio who contacted me about joining in, called my show and talked about what it means to her to be doing them.

“I wanted to do this because I have a lot of friends who are police officers or are married to officers, and also friends in the military. I have seen what the effects of this profession can cause and I think it's great that people are finally starting to take notice. Hopefully, this will raise awareness enough to make a difference.”

Dani joins our own Bill Doyle, Jason Ruvolo, Peter DeLutis, Jeanini Gershna, Eric Barash, my sons Lennon and Albert, and even comedian Vic Dibitetto. I was nominated by my good friends Eric Potts and Tina Cook. So if I actually get in shape from this, we'll know who to blame.
