Trenton Mayor Tony Mack's lawyer Mark Davis tells The Times of Trenton that he's staying in office even as several local leaders have called on him to resign.

But the mayor's brother has been suspended with pay from his job as a counselor and head football coach at Trenton Central High School.

Both Ralphiel and Tony Mack were arrested and charged Monday with accepting bribes in a parking garage development deal set up by FBI informants to try to snare corruption.

A third man, Joseph Giorgianni, was also charged in the case.
