The Glen Cairn Arms apartment complex was demolished in Trenton to make room for a new nursing school. The dilapidated, vacant structure along route 29 and just a few blocks from the statehouse was long considered an eyesore for the city.

Thomas Edison State College captured this time lapse video over several months as the building came down. I love stuff like this. Videos of planned implosions of buildings where they set off the explosive charges in scientific sequence are great. Always wanted to see one of those live up close and personal. The heavy equipment looks like strange little fast moving creatures devouring the building for dinner.
