Train cars carrying cooking oil derail in North Jersey
ENGLEWOOD, N.J. (AP) -- Authorities say three train cars carrying cooking oil derailed off the CSX tracks in northern New Jersey, but no injuries were reported.
The Record reports the accident happened Monday morning in Englewood.
Fire Lt. David Haenelt told the newspaper the derailment was a "minor" incident. He says none of the rapeseed oil spilled from the cars, which all remained upright.
The cause of the derailment is under investigation.
