911 call of DJ Creato calling police about Brendan Creato's disappearance

An attorney for the father of a 3-year-old boy who mysteriously went missing and turned up dead in early October says toxicology tests have come up negative for drugs or chemicals, NJ.com reports.

Richard J. Fuschino Jr. told NJ.com he contacted the Camden County Prosecutor's Office after hearing a "rumor" about the findings, the site reported. Fuschino represents Brendan Link Creato's father, D.J. Creato.

No one has been charged, and authorities haven't yet said if they suspect foul play. A preliminary autopsy shortly after Brendan's death was inconclusive, authorities have said.

"Unfortunately it's an answer that just brings up more questions," NJ.com reported Fuschino said.

Brendan Creato was reported missing by his father from a Haddon Township home around 6 a.m. Oct. 13, and found dead in woods along nearby South Park Drive at around 9 a.m., according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office. In a 911 recording previously released by the prosecutor's office, DJ Creato is heard saying the doors to his home were locked.

Reports have emerged of witnesses saying the day Brendan went missing and died, an older man was seen in the very early morning with a baby carriage nearby.

A report by PhillyVoice.com also quotes Tumblr posts by a person it describes as DJ Creato’s 17-year-old girlfriend, Julia “Julie” Spensky, in which she said she's learned she could be facing "criminal charges in a homicide investigation" and that "my boyfriend is in worse trouble than I am and can’t leave the state he’s in."

The Tumblr posts also reportedly discuss Spensky illegally working under the table for the family business that also employed DJ Creato, and claiming that it's actually affiliated with a man charged in several alleged business schemes.

The PhillyVoice.com report also said a no-longer-online YouTube trailer made by DJ Creato’s younger sister, Sarah Jessica Creato, featured Brendan Creato in the role of a toddler named "Mikey" who disappeared. David Creato, DJ Creato's father, reveals the disappearance in the trailer, the report said. At the end of the trailer, viewers learn "Mikey" had died, according to the report. The report said the trailer was apparently made for a college class, but it wasn't clear from the report how long ago it was produced and posted.

New Jersey 101.5 has not seen the Tumblr posts or the YouTube video. But Camden County Prosecutor's Office Spokesman Andy McNeil, in a brief email Thursday, said detectives have been aware of both.
