Losing in the Ultimate Fighting Championship octagon is not something Frankie Edgar is accustomed to. And the former champion has no plans on making it a habit.

On August 11, the Toms River resident will look to regain his UFC Lightweight Championship from Benson Henderson in the main event of UFC 150.

Henderson is only the second person to best Edgar in 17 professional fights dating back to October of 2005. In their last fight at UFC 144 in February, the challenger earned a unanimous decision victory over Edgar that stirred up plenty of controversy. With a fight that close, the rematch was inevitable.

The 30-year-old Edgar is one of the smallest fighters in the lightweight division, cutting very little weight to make 155 pounds. While it often means that Edgar is undersized compared to opponents, he is also less drained physically from a substantial weight cut.

After his loss to Henderson it was suggested that he may make the drop to 145 pound to compete in the UFC's featherweight division, though Edgar doesn't seem willing to make the move just yet.

Edgar is allowing fans to get a look inside his training camp with a series of YouTube videos. Check out the trailer below:
