Toilet paper patent ends over vs. under argument

Why are we only now learning about this? Seth Wheeler filed for a patent in 1891 for a toilet paper refinement, specifically perforated paper. In this patent as in most all patents, there are figures demonstrating the unique nature of the invention. These figures should prove once and for all the way toilet paper is supposed to be hung on the wall. Sorry under hangers, the correct way is over. Yes under hangers, you've been doing it wrong your entire life.
