The Record reported Thursday that a grand jury in Passaic County handed up an indictment earlier this week. It charges 18-year-old Casey Cole of Wayne, and Paterson residents 24-year-old Bishma Cowan and 27-year-old Quashon Faircloth each with counts of felony murder, murder, conspiracy, robbery and illegal weapon counts.

The three are charged in the death of 18-year-old Isaac Rinas of Wayne.

Prosecutors say Rinas was shot during an arranged gun sale in Paterson hours after he graduated.

The three previously pleaded not guilty in their initial appearances in the case. It's not immediately clear who will represent them at a Dec. 2 arraignment.
