We all know smoking does so many bad things, one of which is age you. Now comes medical research about something else that is shown to age you just as much. You probably have it in your fridge right now.

Soda. Research by Elissa Epel, PhD, at University of California San Francisco shows drinking 8 ounces of sugary soda daily ages you by 1.9 years. Drinking 20 ounces daily? 4.6 years.
