The secret message my daughter left for me this morning

My little girl just turned 9 this month. After breakfast she always cleans up after herself. So this morning I was all set to get annoyed with her because from across the room I saw her plate left on the counter with food scraps still on it instead of scraps in the garbage and plate in the sink.

Then I got closer.

You see, for a few nights I haven't been sleeping well. I've been having some bad nightmares. My daughter is very intuitive; picks up things with me like radar. She wasn't trying to not clean up after herself. She was trying to lift my spirits by leaving me this little message. Gotta love kids!
