This Buzzfeed video is geared towards the younger generation. For example, I wouldn't expect everyone to follow the first rule of the video, which is to open every text conversation with, "heyyy," but I feel a lot of the other rules apply to everyone.

One thing I agree with wholeheartedly from this video also happens to be my biggest text-related pet peeve. Always thank the person you are texting if they answer a question for you. Not enough people know that. Uncalled for group chats are annoying as well.
