The NJ pork panel is 'wrong and unconstitutional'

I spoke to both Senator Beck and Senator Lesniak this morning before the vote. Both senators agree that this is absolutely baffling that we would have a panel that would be able to control the direction of NJ's transportation projects and we would have zero say in it. Senator Beck even went as far as to call it "wrong and unconstitutional."
