Where in New Jersey can you get the best sandwich? North Jersey and South Jersey are both known for having great food, but which establishments stand out from the rest? In honor of August being National Sandwich Month, a new list, published by CoEd.com lists what they believe to be the best sandwich from each state.

New Jersey's highest ranked sandwich is the Famous In-Between Triple Decker (choice of corned beef, pastrami, brisket or combination in between three potato pancakes, served with a side of applesauce) from Harold's Deli in Edison.

New York's best sandwich is the Super Heebster (whitefish & baked salmon salad with horseradish dill cream cheese and wasabi flying fish roe on a bagel) from New York City's own Russ and Daughters.

Philadelphia is home to Pennsylvania's best sandwich. The Roast Pork Sandwich (thinly sliced pork, broccoli rabe and extra-sharp provolone on a roll with a splash of gravy) from Tommy DiNiC's.
