Dennis and Judi were discussing all the laws and efforts to stop drivers from texting while driving. But they brought up another distraction that could be just as dangerous and distracting to drivers.

Having kids in the car can be a distraction especially if they're acting up. Brothers and sisters could be fighting or they could climb over seats if old enough. All things that could be distracting to parents as they are trying to drive.
