One teenager was shot dead and another person was shot and injured early Sunday after a party in Cherry Hill, authorities say.

No arrests have been made, and police are asking for the public's assistance gathering information after the shooting. The Camden County Prosecutor's Office said Jadyre Gordon, 17, of Camden, and a 20-year-old were shot inside a vehicle while in the parking lot near the front entrance of the Inn of the Dove complex at 725 Cuthbert Boulevard.

Both were taken to  Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden in a private vehicle, authorities said. Gordon was then transported to Cooper University Hospital, where succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 3:37 a.m., the prosecutor's office said. The 20-year-old was treated and released.
