Sebastian Soto, of Clifton Place is charged with two counts of criminal sexual contact in connection to the Jersey City incidents, which occurred on Thursday and Friday of last week, NJ.com reported Tuesday.

According to the NJ.com report, the criminal complains say Soto committed the alleged crime "for the purpose of sexually arousing or sexually gratifying himself or to humiliate or degrade (both victims) using physical force or coercion, specifically by following the victim and slapping her on the buttocks."

Probable cause for the charges is listed as being the audio/video recorded statement given to investigators by Soto, the complaint says.
