Teachers in trouble after student ‘brags’ about having sexual relations with them

Two teachers are in trouble for having a supposedly having a threesome with a 16 year old student. 

Shelly Dufresne, who is 32 years old, and Rachel Respass, who is 24 years old, are teachers who are facing charges for their supposed sexual relations with a 16 year old student.

According to the article, the student was bragging about his relations with the teachers. If the “victim” was really "bragging," I ask you, is this a case of sexual abuse?
