A grand jury indicted 24-year-old Kalee Warnick on three charges stemming from an investigation alleging that she entered an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old boy starting in January 2013. Warnick was the victim's freshman English teacher at Wall High School.

Authorities say the relationship took place at various places in Monmouth County and she allegedly had sex with the victim in July 2013 at her Wall Township residence.

Warnick was arrested last year and is out on bail. She is charged with aggravated sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child and sexual assault.

Warnick's attorney could not be reached for comment.

The school district did not return calls seeking comment.
