NJ’s Legislature Hard at Work Once Again with Pet Seat Buckle Law [POLL]

Assemblywoman Grace Spencer has been pushing legislation that would require pets to be restrained when traveling in cars. Spencer has said that she got the idea from a 4th grade elementary school class. She also heard stories about dog being injured that were not harnessed in some form or another.
