In what was surely a bizarre scene for the patrolman who made the bust, a man wearing a full Easter Bunny costume, including a view-obstructing rabbit head, was stopped by the California Highway Patrol for driving without a helmet on Saturday.

The Assembly Committee has approved a bill that would overhaul tickets sales and place a ban on paperless tickets in NJ. These are just two parts of a larger-scale plan to fix what has become a an extremely flawed system for purchasing tickets in NJ.
