New Jersey officials say they're planning to close the last two state-run storm shelters this week as the number of people needing them after Superstorm Sandy has dwindled.
Imagine waking up Christmas morning, walking downstairs and there is no tree or presents. Now, think about celebrating Hanukkah with no exchange of gifts and barely enough food to eat.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has activated a Transitional Sheltering Assistance program open to Sandy survivors who are not able to return to their homes due to storm-related damages.
