Two and a half months after Superstorm Sandy slammed Jersey, the House of Representatives has finally approved a 51 billion dollar relief package, much to the delight of the New Jersey Congressional delegation.
Late yesterday afternoon, members of the New Jersey and New York congressional delegation announced that Republican House Speaker John Boehner has scheduled a vote on a $9 billion flood insurance bill tomorrow and vote on a $51 billion Sandy Relief package January 15th.
