TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — Rail travelers who use the Port Authority Trans-Hudson line late at night can take a breather.

The bitter cold on Thursday morning caused problems for both NJ Transit and PATH riders on the rails.

JERSEY CITY, N.J. (AP) -- Local, state and federal lawmakers want to send a message: Don't reduce rail service between New York City and northern New Jersey.
