It's the weekend of the "3 P's"!

Passover and Pre-Pasqua.

Here at Casa Rossi, we celebrate both.

In the traditional “Erasmo” fashion, meaning we do it Our Way!

Our family is a “mischiada” (proun: Meesh-kyah’-dah in the Neapolitan dialect) meaning we’re all over the road.

The wife is Jewish. You already know my deal.

And we have a Chinese niece.

Now that the Passover/Pasqua soiree is behind us, is "Fit and Lean for the Summer Scene" still in your plans, or have you done a Roberto Duran and said, "no mas!"

And just where did you fall off the wagon?

Was it your mother in law's "caw-fee cake" that fell in the middle that you glommed down after dinner Saturday; or was it mom's "pizza gran'" that she made you take home 'cause "she made sure to make you one since you like it so much!"that killed those plans?

In the interests of full disclosure, I ATE BOTH and LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT!

But that doesn't mean we don't start again tomorrow, now does it!

So here's what I'd recommend...just get back on the horse, and come to the realization that
