A nor'easter is already bringing winds gusting to 30 mph and heavy wet snow to portions of storm-battered New Jersey.

Salt trucks and snowplows are on the roads or sitting ready as a nor'easter hits New Jersey a little more than a week after Superstorm Sandy.
