4 Pit Bulls Abandoned in Woodbridge, SPCA Offers Reward, Asks for Help

Surveillance cameras were rolling June 5, as a male suspect was seen removing four pit bulls from the back of a truck in a parking lot and then driving off in the Port Reading section of Woodbridge. One of the dogs was injured with a fractured spine and hip.
