The New Jersey Devils is under new ownership after being sold yesterday. Philadelphia 76ers owner Josh Harris and his business partner David Blitzer purchased the rights to the Devils, and the lease to the Prudential Center for $320 million.
Despite a report last week that the New Jersey Devils would be taken over by the NHL, it seems more and more likely that Josh Harris, the owner of the Philadelphia 76ers is going to become the owner of the New Jersey Devils.

Some patrons at a Pittsburgh-area DMV office were none too pleased when Penguins' captain Sidney Crosby was allowed to cut to the front of the line. Non-celebrity residents of Pittsburgh felt Crosby should have to slog through the interminable wait like everyone else, and if his presence caused a disturbance, well, that's why they have a police presence there.
