A former student who said she was raped in a frat house and then again in a dorm at Ramapo College filed suit claiming the school did nothing to stop it.
Fatma Farghaly allegedly tried to rent an apartment in Elizabeth last winter, only to be told by the landlord that he did not rent to Muslims. Now the Division on Civil Rights has gotten involved.
The complaint alleges that school officials failed to take adequate action when a black student suffered racially-motivated bullying and physical assault.
