A line of strong thunderstorms stretching from the New York-Canadian border to North Carolina has moved across New Jersey it leaves behind some power outages and damage.
Former Tropical Storm Karen, now a just a remnant low pressure after disapating in the Gulf of Mexico, will still bring heavy rain to New Jersey on Monday afternoon and Tuesday.
Preparations began Thursday along the central Gulf Coast as newly formed Tropical Storm Karen threatened to become the first named tropical system to menace the United States this year which which may bring heavy rain to New Jersey.
