Do you feel that Dharun Ravi should be deported to his native India after having served time in jail on, among other things, being convicted of bias intimidation?

Well, now that Dharun Ravi’s out of jail and resumes what’s left of his life…(I know, you’re shedding major tears for him, aren’t you?)…perhaps now we can lay to rest whether or not enough time was served by the convicted “bias intimidator.”

Watching the sentencing portion of the trial for 3 hours today, I thought for sure Dharun Ravi would be sentenced to something more than 30 days in county jail plus probation and a fine.

My first reaction: “This kid caught a break!!”
