Every February 2nd, the world's attention turns to the expert prognostications of lovable weather-rodents, including Jersey's own Lady Edwina of Essex County.

Being a meteorologist is tough gig, but apparently it is even worse when it's Groundhog Day.

Ground Hog Day is Feb. 2 and on that day, according to folklore, if it's cloudy when a groundhog emerges from its burrow, the spring season will arrive early, some time before the vernal equinox. If it is sunny, however, and the groundhog sees its shadow, it will retreat back into its den, and winter will continue for six more weeks...

This is something that should've been straight out of the movie 'Groundhog Day.'

"That's right,  woodchuck chuckers! Its (almost) Groundhog Day!" The question on everyone's "chapped" lips: Will Punxsutawney Phil see his shadow?
