Price gouging was the top concern among New Jersey consumers in 2012 and the surge in illegal pricing complaints came in the days and weeks post-Sandy. That's according to data from the State Division of Consumer Affairs.
As more areas of the state have power restored, more gas stations are back in business. In turn, there have been shorter or no lines at the pumps. At a Sandy recovery briefing in Keansburg, though, Governor Chris Christie said the odd-even gas rationing will stay in effect for the next couple of days.
