New Jersey Congressman Frank Pallone says legislation to end the practice of hitting patients with 'surprise' medical bills is making progress on Capitol Hill.
Asbestos related disorders have claimed the lives of more than 9,000 New Jerseyans in almost 15 years so one state Congressman wants to ban the manufacturing and importation of it all together.
"The problem is that the current law is not adequate," Frank Pallone said. "Over the years, there's been more and more ways that companies have found to get around it."
