From Revel's opening to the newly-minted "Do AC" campaign, this was supposed to be the build-up to a huge weekend in the "Atlantic City Comeback" but the plan backfired with horrific news of a violent double-murder.
It's good news for commercial casinos nationwide, bad news for Atlantic City. While gambling markets in Las Vegas and New York are bouncing back from the recession, New Jersey's casino revenues remain down.
