Sunday Car Sale Ban in NJ Would Still Apply for Bergen County

New Jersey Assemblyman  Wayne P. DeAngelo (D-Mercer, Middlesex) has introduced a bill that would allow dealers to sell automobiles on Sunday, but that wouldn't apply in Bergen County, where the Blue Laws ban most shopping on Sundays.

Once upon a time in New Jersey you could not shop on Sundays due to blue laws that now only exist in Bergen County. That is until Governor Christie suspended them in the wake of Hurricane Sandy.
