Free concerts from country music's Blake Shelton and Lady Antebellum drew monster crowds to the beaches of Atlantic City last week, and the city is hoping to build on the success of the shows.

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) -- More than 60,000 fans were rocking to a free Blake Shelton concert on the Atlantic City beach Thursday. It was the latest in a series of free, large-scale events to attract visitors.
