Big Jersey BBQ and Brew Festival

We were at Mercer County Park Saturday broadcasting LIVE from the Big Jersey BBQ and Brew Festival. So I wanted to share another one of my great BBQ recipes.

There will be a special guest to help me play Jersey’s Opening Lines tonight. Rock n Roll Hall of Famer, and former E Street Band Member Vini “Mad Dog” Lopez will join me on the air after he finishes up in the recording studio! If you’re a rock n roll fan, there’s nothing like going to the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. If you’re a rock drummer like former E Street member Vini “Mad Dog” Lopez, there’s nothing like becoming a member.

This Saturday, New Jersey 101.5 will be celebrating the Big Jersey BBQ and Brew Fest at Mercer County Park. While there will be plenty of BBQ specialties on hand, this is one we usually cook up at Casa Rossi for special occasions. No doubt with the summer coming, this will be featured a time or two before it all comes to an end...

With the Big Jersey BBQ and Brew Festival coming up next weekend I can't stop thinking about great BBQ. This is one of my favorite barbeque recipes, sure, it takes some time to cook, but I promise you it is well worth the wait.
