NJ Transit riders in-and-out of New York Penn Station had delays of 20 minutes on Wednesday after fallen overhead wires caused problems and overcrowding Tuesday afternoon were repaired by Amtrak. More delays are expected on Wednesday and things could get worse before getting better.
