Swift's tour grossed $70 million more than the No.2 tour of the year, AC/DC's "Rock or Bust World Tour," which brought in $180 million.

One Direction, U2 and Foo Fighters rounded out the Top 5 tours of the year.

Swift's stadium tour featured songs from her best-selling "1989" album, including "Bad Blood" and "Blank Space." The tour also featured guest appearances from various musicians, actors, athletes and models, from Mick Jagger to Julia Roberts to Kobe Bryant and Heidi Klum.

Ticket prices for her tour averaged at $110.50.

Kevin Hart's comedy tour was a white-hot success, grossing $82.2 million and coming in at No.12. "Violetta," the Disney-Latin America telenovela that films in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is No. 15 on the list after grossing $76.8 million. The "Violetta Live International Tour," which features cast members including show star Martina Stoessel, performed a number of concerts in Spain, France, Mexico, Argentina and Italy.

The rest of the Top 20 spots went to musicians. Garth Brooks came in at No. 9; The Rolling Stones at No. 10; Madonna at No. 11; Paul McCartney at No. 13; and Neil Diamond at No. 20.
