Suspect Named in Slaying of East Orange Teen
Authorities have issued a warrant for the arrest of a suspect in the slaying of a New Jersey teenager who was found dead in her home.
Eighteen-year-old Almuqqadin Means of East Orange is wanted on murder and weapons charges in the slaying of 17-year-old Aquilla Flood.
She was found dead in her East Orange home on Wednesday morning.
The Essex County Prosecutor’s Office says the preliminary investigation indicates Flood was shot inside the home. The manner of death is pending the results of an autopsy.
Flood was a student at Campus High School.
