High temperatures yesterday were in the mid to upper 70s at about to as warm as 78 at Newark Liberty Airport, so my near 80 was not far off.

We should be near 82 or 83 this time of year.

We'll be near 80 or so with lots of sunshine today and more low humidity continuing.

That'll be the case Friday, as well, when it reaches the low 80s, though it will be cooler both days at the beach with a sea breeze.

Tonight will be clear with most lows in the 50s, maybe a few 40s possible once again in far NW Jersey,  but close to 60 along the south coast.

The weekend should be mainly sunny and warmer with highs in the mid 80s Saturday, approaching 90 on Sunday.  It'll be cooler this weekend again near the ocean.

There's a slight chance, I suppose, in far NW Jersey of a Sunday afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm.

But, for the most part, the weekend should be rain-free.
