High temperatures yesterday reached as high as 89 at Newark Liberty Airport, but as low as 85 in Trenton.

So, mid to upper 80s worked out reasonably well.  The sun came out yesterday, the humidity started to lower.

It'll be very comfortable with low humidity today and lots of sunshine.  A few highs this afternoon will make the low 80s, but 70s at the beaches with a sea breeze.

Tonight, clear and comfortable again with temperatures in the 60s, even a few 50s in cool spots, and close to or just under 70 along the south coast.

Sunny and pleasant tomorrow, a bit warmer, with highs in the mid 80s or so on Thursday.  It will also be a bit cooler tomorrow near the ocean.

Sunshine, hot and more humid on Friday with highs in the low 90s, though probably cooler at the beaches.

There's a reasonably good chance that the long holiday weekend will be decent.  The chances of showers and thunderstorms start increasing, especially by Monday.

But, most of the three-day holiday weekend should be alright.
