High temperatures yesterday were mostly in the low 80s; 81 or 82 the exception, and the big exception in Atlantic City at the airport as they hit 87.

Well, today we are looking for high temperatures near 90 or so, but cooler at the beaches.  It will be partly to mostly sunny and still humid, but I don't think there will be any risk of a shower or thunderstorm today in New Jersey.

Some clear skies and humid tonight with lows in the mid 60s, but low or middle 70s in urban and coastal areas.

Some sunshine, hot and humid Friday, but a good chance of a gusty thunderstorm, mainly in the afternoon or evening.  Friday's highs will be in the low to perhaps mid 90s, but still cooler tomorrow near the beach.

Some sunshine and humid this weekend, maybe an isolated thunderstorm Saturday, but there appears to be a better chance of a thunderstorm Sunday.  Weekend highs near 90 or so, but cooler again at the beaches.

And we now have a new tropical depression in the Eastern Atlantic that may become a story in the days ahead, as it moves eventually into the Caribbean Sea.
